Lolley the Trolley

I know it keep talking about it, but the food – the food !!  Those of us who were going to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame met for dinner in the Exhibit Hall at 6pm.  Dinner was not only delicious but great fun with a fantastic group of librarians from Georgia, England, and Ohio.  We spent the entire meal laughing.  After a chocolate-lover’s dream dessert, we boarded Lolley the Trolley for the Hall of Fame.  The open air ride to the lakefront game me an entirely new opinion of Cleveland.  (Those of us in the Detroit area tend to joke about this city, but never again for me!)  The view of Lake Erie was breathtaking, with the sun ready to set.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame was huge.  My husband and I spent several hours just on the bottom level.  Just as we were ready to leave, one of the museum workers asked if we had seen Levels 2 through 6.  Oops!  I must admit, we spent just a little time upstairs before we were ready to head  back to the hotel for a good night’s sleep.
